The format of the instruction:

fdpi_ctrl command --service 2 [IP_list]

**Examples:**

Allow replacement of advertisements for the specified IP list:
<code>
fdpi_ctrl load --service 2 --cidr 192.168.0.0/24
</code>

Enable advertisements' blocking service to the subscriber 192.168.1.1:
<code>
fdpi_ctrl load --service 3 --ip 192.168.1.1
</code>

Disable advertisements' blocking service to the subscriber 192.168.1.1:
<code>
fdpi_ctrl del --service 3 --ip 192.168.1.1
</code>
